It was perfect. Everything was fine. Picked up the car on the 2nd of May. They were completely honest and very knowledgeable. They do quality work.

Another independent mechanic had looked at the car and told me $1350. 00. I said no thanks, took car to Beverly Hills Garage. Pete had it checked out and told me the price including replacing fluids and oil change. Very fair and courteous. Also put in writing what else eventually was needed to be done. They were busy. Took car on Monday and received on Tuesday.

My service guy inspected the oil and advised me to delay the expense for a couple of months since my oil was clean and I had only clocked 1,000 miles on the car since my last visit. He then proceeded to check my tire pressure, and other fluid levels and made adjustments as needed. He made me feel he really cared.

Dropped off car on Wednesday. Called Thursday to check status of repair. Given update of what needed and I made decision as to what to fix. Picked up car Saturday even though it was ready Friday late afternoon.

They were very nice. I made an appointment and took the car in on a Friday morning. They had a lot of cars ahead of mine, and I did not realize it, so I had to keep calling to find out the status; I got it back in the afternoon on Monday. I think their workmanship has been good so far. I am not a good judge of the pricing in terms of auto repair, so I don't know how their price would compare with others, but I know that what they did, like a new fuel injector, does not come cheap. They were very professional and very friendly to work with and communicate with. In the future, if I found out that a part was needed and the car was operable, then I would prefer to wait until they actually got the part in, depending on whether they were heavily booked or not. This was my initial visit with them, and I think the timing was just off; the experience might have been different at another time. I would use them again in the future.

I brought my car in without an appointment and they were very gracious. I had called a couple of months previously, but had not gone in for service. I received an initial call with the estimate for the issues with the power steering fluid and subsequently the information re: the repair of issues that had resulted in the service engine soon light coming on was provided. I was elated to be able to get my car fixed for $714. Prior to calling this location, I had taken my car to an auto repair shop that stated I would have to pay $6,000-7,000 to get everything fixed that was wrong with my car. The other shop did not advise that any part of my problem could be fixed and let me drive off with leaking power steering fluid which I was refilling before driving, in parking lots at destinations, etc. I was a familiar face at the Auto Zone buying power steering fluid in bulk which I kept in my car trunk and in my garage. My family and friends were afraid of my driving the car and were insistent that I buy a new car. I am one of those people who drives a car until it cannot be driven anymore. I do plan to buy a new car within the year but this repair allows me the freedom to take my time. I highly recommend this garage for auto repairs.
