In the purchase of the building, things went OK.  Not because of her, but because the foreclosure I was purchasing did not have all of their paper work in order.  Before deciding to work with her, I had a real estate agent who did not listen to what I wanted and tried to pressure me in to purchasing a building that turned out not to even appraise out.  Working with her was easy.  She was great.  She was very patient with me in terms of looking at different properties and even helped me find a real estate attorney who was also helpful to me.  After closing, she found a tenant for me and also found a tenant for my father a couple of years later.

She did not charge me anything since I was buying. She is very personable, very professional, and very punctual. She is like my partner now because she keeps me on my toes with regards to tenants. She helps me find tenants. I call her up and she is very flexible. She is a jewel. She has been doing it for years. I will use her in the future.

She sent me listing in areas that I would have never thought about. Her customer service was phenomenal. She was always available and any real estate research that I needed she did immediately. She would pick me up and drive me to all the different real estate sites and she was always on time. Her website also had great real estate resources to find a home inspector and real estate attorney.
