They came the very same day we called them. Robert was very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to explain everything I asked. He was very patient and helpful, and as weird as it sounds, I can't wait to call them again to service our furnace. It made me happy to find someone like them!

We have relied on Berger Heating for many years.  They have always been quick and responsive and at a fair price.  We had a very old boiler that needed work on average once every three years until it got to the point that we just had to replace it.  We knew Berger Heating would do a great job at a great price.  They did not disappoint.  They installed the new boiler in one day and the house has been toasty warm ever since.  We can give them our highest recommendation.

WOW These guys are the best!They removed the old boiler in one day,they installed the new one in two days,they came back when it was time to start it up for the heating season,called two weeks later to make sure everything was working properly,answered all the stupid questions.They also honored a quote they gave me over a year ago.

Two men (Father and son) showed up on time and worked for an hour and a half and left. They left through the back as to not walk through the front room (their suggestion) and gave me the bill. Smooth transaction.

In and out in less than 20 minutes. Unit has been working fine.

We have been using them for about two or three years. We like the quality of the work and their prices. You get good value for your money. Their response time is okay. We would refer them to other people and we will continued to use them.

A/C went out sometime on a Wednesday night. I called them Thurs morning, Ralph came that afternoon, was here for maybe 20-30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and left to determine if he had a replacement part. He called me later that afternoon to say he did have it, and would be back the next day to finish the work. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and in another 20 minutes the work was done. I think writing the check took me more time than it did for him to fix the A/C unit. Perhaps the work done was something basic, but he was here when he said he would be (no XX hour time windows), needed to stay only as long as the work took, and fixed the issue without any hassle. Berger will be the first place I call next time I have a problem, and I'll be recommending him to my neighbors and friends.

They came out on the weekend and didn't charge time and a half since it was the weekend; unlike other companies. They came out on time and had a really good rate. They were able to fix it and did a really good job. I would use them again for future work.

The fan broke on a Thursday night. Ralph came back early Friday to install the fan. Job took maybe 30 minutes. I gladly paid the $320. Then the malfunctions started. I called Berger 2 more times that day to report the furnace stopped working and error codes were flashing. Sometimes 3, 4 or 6 red flashes. Ralph came back 2 more times that Friday. He made a couple more adjustments and it worked for a little while. Unfortunately, the error messages and malfunctions have not stopped. I must manually reset my furnace because of these error messages at least weekly. A nuisance in the middle of the night, but a serious hazard if I was out-of-town for a week. Ralph's explanation is that my house doesn't have enough ducts, which prevents good circulation which in turn causes the problem. I don't believe him. The # of ducts hasn't changed. My furnace with the same # of ducts worked fine before the fan broke and Berger fixed it. Berger fixed 1 problem and caused a host of other problems.

I woke up freezing, with temperatures outside in the single digits. I combed the list and found Berger Heating Co. I called around 8:30 a.m. and the owner, Ralph, answered the phone right away. I told him that my furnace kept trying to fire up, but would kick off. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he would be out around 11:30 - 12. He showed up around 10:45 and fixed the problem right away.

This company is trustworthy and they had a better price than three other estimates that I had received. I liked the fact that they even removed my ten year-old furnace to upgrade to the brand-new one.

Excellent responsiveness and felt I got quality servicing of my A/C. Came when he said he would, did the job efficiently, and A/C working fine now.

He did a great job. He comes back to check on and service it every couple of years. He is efficient and knows what he is doing. He is the best. He calls before he comes. He is a very busy man, but he never forgets us. Our heating bill is 50% less.

THE ANNUAL CHECK AND CLEANING OF OUR FURNACE WENT PERFECTLY SMOOTHLY. THEY SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT EASILY, CALLED TO CONFIRM, SHOWED ON TIME, AND PERFORMED THE WORK CAREFULLY AND QUICKLY. THE SERVICEMAN WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL; HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS POLITELY AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. I DEALT WITH ROB AND HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF. TURNS OUT THE OTHER COMPANY HAD IMPROPERLY INSTALLED A REPLACEMENT PART. HE DID THE JOB AND CLEANED UP SOME OF THE OTHER PROBLEMS THE OTHER GUYS LEFT BEHIND.

THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED, BUT I SCHEDULED THEM FOR THE NEXT MORNING. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT FOUND THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY AND ALSO SHOWED ME A COUPLE OF THINGS ABOUT THE AIR HANDLER HUMIDIFIER.
