Excellent. They sent a repairman to our home, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and realized he couldn't complete repairs here. He removed the damaged part, repaired it at the shop, and brought it back the same day. Repairs were less than $200, which was what we were hoping for.

6 hours after the TV was dropped off, Bell called to say what the problem was and clearly explained the options and cost. (the initial $72 diagnosis fee was applied the repair). This was a high end set when it was new and a new Sony TV of this size would have cost $1,000 new so a $275 repair bill was acceptable.
He estimated that getting the IC chip would take a week and the repair might take another. He offered to provide a loaner. One week after bringing in the TV for repair, it was done. The installed the chip in one day!!!! I would recommend Bell to anyone who hates to throw away and replace.

I bought a Panasonic HD TV from Sears last September. It never worked properly. I gave Panasonic a ton of grief in September and then again this month, June, when the sound became totally imbalanced. In both instances, the recommended Bell TV Repair as one of three authorized Panasonic repair companies. I called Bell in spite of an F rating on Angie's List. The woman I spoke to at Bell was great. I explained the problem. We decided that the best plan was for me to bring the set in, have it checked out, and then have someone from Bell deliver it and hook everything up properly. It was SO easy and I should have done it a lot sooner. The owner of shop is terrific. He was wonderful to my grandson and explained how lucky I was to be dealing with Panasonic because it stands behind its products. I totally trust him. I feel very lucky that Panasonic referred him. I left the TV with him last Wednesday. I selected to have the technician deliver the set to me today. He set everything up, explained it all and showed me how to use my remotes. I wrote everything down. My set is working properly. I'm happy. All I paid for was the delivery charge, the time he took to hook it up properly and explain everything to me. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable.

HAD TO CONTACT THE SHOP, SINCE I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM FOR A WEEK. ONCE I REACHED THEM, I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A KEYBOARD AND A NEW ONE WOULD COST $120.00 WHICH I REFUSED. I DID HOWEVER ACCEPT REPAIR FOR A REFURBISHED KEYBOARD, AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK. 2 WEEKS LATER "I" CALLED THEM, AND THEY SAID TO COME AND GET IT. THE REBURBISHED KEYBOARD WAS 70.00, SO I WENT TO GET IT. ONCE THERE I WAS ASKED FOR $140.00 FOR THE PART AND NOW LABOR. ALSO $50.00 I PAID FOR INSPECTION WAS NOW NOT APPLICABLE. SO THE ENTIRE REPAIR WOULD NOW COST $190.00 ! I TOLD THEM TO REMOVE THEIR PART, AND I WOULD COME AND GET MY PHONE WHEN THYE HAD DONE THAT. 4 DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN, TO SEE IF THEY HAD REMOVED THE PART. THEY HAD AND I THEN WENT BACK TO GET IT. MY PHONE STILL DID NOT WORK AND I WAS OUT THE INITIAL $50.00.

"This combination wireless phone & fax machine was brought in Sept 7, 2010 with a complaint of no sound when talking into the wireless handset. She paid the $48 evaluation fee. It was determined that it needed the main printed circuit board in the handset replaced. The owner objected to the high cost of the part and we offered to get a green (refurbished) part at about half the price of the new part. She agreed and on Sept 14 came in to pick up the set. Unfortunately she did not expect to pay ANY labor charge and insisted that the evaluation fee be deducted from the cost of the part. When it became clear she was adamant, we offered to remove the good part and reinstall the original part. We agreed that, other than the original evaluation fee there would be no cost and she agreed to allow us two days to exchange the parts and would pick the unit up any time thereafter. She picked it up on 9/21/2010. In retrospect, it's regrettable that we relied on a verbal estimate and didn't spend more time making sure she entirely understood the proposal."

Our TV needed a new cable tuner (it broke when we were trying to detach the cable line). We took it to Bell -- and he put a new one in. It didn't work. I took it back -- he said that, indeed, the one he installed was faulty. Long story short, I made at least 5 trips to the shop to get this worked out. I found the owner to be condescending and rude -- and not once, did he offer his apology or any money off for our trouble in having to bring the set back so many times. I would not go back or recommend this place. If I'd known how much trouble it was going to be, I would've just gotten a new TV.

"In response to this complaint dated August 6, 2007: The set was brought in nearly two years earlier, on Sept 20, 2005 with a complaint no sound or pix, caused by a broken tuner. The tuner was replaced on Sept 22, 2005 and picked up Sept 24, 2005. On Oct 15, 2005, the set was returned with a complaint that Channel 2 & 5 did not work. The tuner was replaced again, under warranty with no cost to the customer, and the set played on test until it was picked up on Oct 22, 2005. While we regret that the new tuner went bad, and the customer had to make an extra trip to and from the service center, we are grateful that it happened while it was still under warranty and that there was no out-of-pocket cost to the owner."
