We connected with Wayne through Redfin.com and he was great to work with.  We switched to Wayne after another realtor took more than a week to respond to simple questions on 2 occasions.  Wayne, however, was always responsive, works hard, and is extremely friendly.
We were fairly particular in what we wanted in a house and looked with Wayne for many months.  He got us in to all of the houses we wanted to see and would recommend other houses he thought we might like based on his experience with us.  Wayne used to work as a general contractor and one of my favorite parts of going through a house with him is that he pointed out all of the problems and advantages of each house, specifically explaining what would need to be done to fix each of the problem areas and recommending changes.  Wayne also was not afraid to be forthright and, when we were frustrated with the home buying process and just wanted to find something, strongly encouraged us not to put an offer on a house for more too much more than it was worth because of problems it could cause down the road.
Overall, Wayne was great to work with and I would highly recommend him.
