Poor attendance. Didn't show four times and called only once to notify that electrician wouldn't arrive. At least one room didn't require existing mount to be replaced despite claim it violated code. Was charged for remount. Asked for 15% compensation for no-shows before last day of installation. Invoiced labor rate was increased so that there was essentially no compensation given. Also, materials were overbilled. For example a full box of wire nuts was invoiced when they were included with new fan kits. Letter complaining about service was included with October 05 payment. Company has had ample time to address my concerns. No response has been received. Rates are VERY HIGH. Had a contractor hang a 6th ceiling fan recently who charged 1/3 of Basis' rate. Would never recommend this company for residential work. They are focused on commercial and seem to ignore private customers.
