The father is in Chicago and the son is in Park Ridge. We were able to pick whatever furnace we wanted but we chose American standard using consumer reports. We use him because he comes right away and he is a nice guy; we like him. He is very knowledgeable about heating and A/C. He took away the old furnace for us. He is coming in another month to do our air conditioner.
