I have been using them for several years. My banking has always been pretty easy. I have never had any problems with them, however, I have had issues with the telephone customer service.

I have a mortgage on my co-op with Bank of America. I'm selling the co-op but Bank of America cannot finde the stock certificate (which is proof of ownership for co-ops) so I can sell it. I have called and visited the bank and they just shrug their shoulders and say "I'm sorry, we don't know where to find it". Without this, I cannot sell my place. I have a buyer and the closing is in 2 weeks. I called the office of the chairman of the board and they're just confused. I am at my wits end. Bank of America is HORRIBLE!!!!!
