I think they're very reasonable. I think they're very friendly. I've had really good luck with their customer service and the people at the bank in the local area.

I was so unhappy with Bank of America. They were horrible. They outright lied to me. When it came to signing, there were other hidden costs. If you don't ask them, they won't tell you. My interest rate changed considerably. They were not very knowledgeable. I would never use them again.

I have been to about ten Bank Of America branches around Chicago and this is by far the best. I don't even have to show my id there and they not only remember me, but remember what I do and ask about work. This is true even though this is a very busy branch.
