Some equipment is old and in poor condition. The locker room is consistently filthy. On my last visit, all the bathroom stalls were out of toilet paper, and the soap dispensers were all empty. Other people's sweat on the equipment was the last thing I worried about.

The staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. When I joined I asked for all the membership options. Of the ones I was given I chose the $41.00 month by month plan. Several weeks ago when talking to Giannian Bastidas, the general manager and was told that they had a senior membership at half that price. I was not given that option when I joined a year ago (I was eligible). Their accounting department is terrible. They cannot get anything right! I had surgery and wanted to stop billing for two months while I was recovering. After five months they are still trying to figure out how to do this. The equipment in the club is in good condition and the club is not over crowed during the day.
