Mattresses
They delivered the new mattress and removed the old one. In the process, they broke a stained glass window which is nearly 100 years old and is part of a set of 3. It is very expensive and impossible to replace the glass to an exact match. I went into the store with pictures the very next morning. The sales person was very nice and said to go ahead and have the window repaired, then submit a copy of the bill and the company would reimburse us. He also said the district manager would contact me - that didnt happen. I called and talked to the sales associate again and did receive a call from someone different the next day. This person told me to fax a copy of the repair estimate and pictures of the damage, which I did the same evening. A few days later, another person called and said the drivers denied any damage and the company would not pay anything.
