Bill is very conscientious and keeps you updated on when he is coming and what he is working on. He also provides good feedback when making decisions to help you get it right the first time. He was a pleasure to work with.

All new lighting and outlets in a basement remodel. Bill was very professional and had great suggestions. Cleaned up and worked quietly (our toddler was able to nap through construction). Would definitely hire Bill again.

It was repaired but I am not happy.

The light in the bathroom is a sensor light and it pops on when you walk in. I have used Bill a couple of times and he is very good. He calls before he shows up to make sure you are available and that someone is there to let him in. He always gives you an estimate, and he doesn?t go over that. He tells you approximately how long he is going to be around; if he says it?ll take 2 hours, it usually takes 2 hours. He explains to you what he is doing, gives you options, and also tells you if there is a cheaper way of doing it. He takes the time and explains everything. There is no mess - he always cleans up after himself. His price is very reasonable. I would use him in the future; in fact, he is going to put in a vent fan in the bathroom.
