Unfortunately, due to weather delays we were not able to schedule your project the 2nd or 3rd week of September. I emailed you to inform you that we would schedule your project in October, but per your email/request on Sept. 15th you wrote "We need to move this project to spring. Sorry but October is too late. Can you schedule us for a date in April?" I agreed to schedule your project next spring. I'm a bit confused as to why my company was given a bad review when I was under the impression that we would do your project in spring?!? Our project was delayed a bit by some unforeseen difficulties related to our porch construction. Edgar was very understanding and paused work while we had the issue taken care of.
After we finished the repairs, Edgar's crew resumed work quickly after that. The crew that worked on my project was also very friendly and seemed like they enjoy what they do as well.
I look forward to having Aztec come back out for Spring maintenance next year.

This is my second time working with aztec and not my last. They use quality materials and ensure that my work is solid and will last me for many years. They had higher standards than the city of highland park when it came to grade and amount of backfill required.
I Highly recommend them above their competitors as I see my neighbors use contractors that may do nice work but it does not stay that way for long.
