Overall cleaning was fair-good. The cleaning of the oven was done okay, but the bottom drawer was never touched and the worker had to leave before finishing

They did a good job of cleaning our home and we especially appreciated the quick turnaround time in which they did it. We would definitely hire them again. There're great.

I will definitely be using this company again! they were efficient and timely- they came with their own supplies and a team of workers who were extremely tolerant of our family's presence while they worked!

Three ladies showed up for cleaning. I have a large 2 story home with a full finished basement. They finished in an hours time. From the time they got here they were in such a hurry to leave they ignored what I was telling them. They dusted tables with lamps around the lamps not including the lamps. They didn't clean any of the 2" blinds. The mirrors in the 5.5 baths had to be redone as they only cleaned eye level not above or below which had water stains. They didn't clean patio doors. They steam cleaned my tile floors on the first level and never changed pads. I gave them a hand full to change when the one they were using got dirty. The steam shower was not cleaned. The vacuuming was done around furniture not under. The furniture was also not vacuumed nor did they vacuum the carpeted stairs. They broke the head off the sprayer in the master bath and didn't tell me. I found it broken after they left. I called the owner and he said the lady in charge of the cleaning crew was on vacation and he would have her call me when she got back. I still haven't heard from her nor has the owner paid for the repair. This is the worst cleaning crew I've ever used and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They do a very thorough job.  They are completely dependable, we have had absolutely no problems.  They are easy to communicate with, they are responsive when you reach out to them.  We would recommend them.

Stay away from this company! The cross contaminated the bathrooms with the kitchen and the rest of the house with dangerous bacteria from the toilets! There was a mom & daughter team & another lady. We even bought them fresh coffee. It took them 2 hours. They started on the top floor. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms in the home. When they were in the kitchen, I went to see the bathrooms. The toilets were still dirty so I went down to the kitchen to tell the lead member, the daughter. She had gloves on when she came up with me. She stuck her gloved hands into the toilet to try to clean it. She then took her hands out of the toilet and showed me something in the bathroom sink while her hands were dripping toilet water from the toilet to the sink! The toilet water got on the floor and the counter and sink. I was shocked! She was about to leave to go downstairs with the dirty gloves still on. I asked her to take her gloves off. I didn't want her to touch the banisters with that contaminated gloves. She was annoyed and only took 1 glove off and went down to the kitchen with the other glove still on! It looked like she was going to start to work again on the kitchen with the contaminated glove. I asked her to take it off and asked her politely to put on fresh gloves. She was very annoyed with this request. Now, I'm thinking if she stuck her hands into the toilet and touched the bathroom counters and sink in front of me, did she clean my kitchen, inside my REFRIGERATOR and appliances, and other areas of my house with dirty hands contaminated with toilet water?? What type of company is this? I called the owner several times and when he finally called me back later on that day, he was very hostile and asked me why didn't I follow them around the whole house and if it looked clean then it is clean. I tried explaining that the bacteria from a toilet can spread nasty and dangerous bacteria that could harm and kill my family. It can only be seen with a microscope. He did not understand this. I had another cleaning company come to re-clean everything Avital touched. This new company did such a terrific job. They even showed me how Avital did such a bad job cleaning & showed me several spots they missed!

2 service provider came on time. That was the only thing that was good. From the moment they started their work, they were rushing to finish not paying much attention to cleaning. I had purchased sevice to clean 2 refrigerators and they cleaned one within 5 minutes and tge other they did not clean. When I requested to clean they were annoyed with me for no reason. When I checked later on both tge refrigerator were very un-clean. The quality of thier service was very sloppy in all the areas. The price was similar to other quotes.

Outstanding job! Spotless house and all my kids rooms and stuff was perfectly organized. This team went above and beyond my expectations. This is the only cleaning service I will ever use.

Avital Cleaning was by far the best cleaning service that I've ever had. Anna came on a timely fashion and made my house spotless. She is a very friendly and detailed oriented person. She worked very efficiently and went above and beyond at her job. They will definitely be hearing from me again and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for an impeccable clean.

Great choice for last minute call

I called a couple of companies since we were having unexpected company and he sent someone over to clean.
She was fabulous and got into every corner she was in contact with.
I would  recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great cleaning experience.

I normally do not write reviews, but these folks really came through for us. We had a death in the family and were also moving at the same time (!). Martin was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day and the person who showed up was very friendly and worked efficiently. My bathroom and kitchen have never been so clean! Nice to know hard work and excellent customer service are still the priority for some small businesses these days...:-)
   

I have been using Avital cleaning for a few months, love the service! A very cute guy gave me a reasonable quote and the team has been punctual and very professional for such a good price. They always do a solid job cleaning and are really easy to deal with. I've recommended them to a few friends who have all had the same good experience. Definitely recommend!

I used Avital Cleaning Company, in my personal home first. I referred them to the school that I am a Director of; they've now contracted with us. I love their work, the passion they have for what they do; reflects. They have always been a reliable crew - they clean every week without fail. Would I refer them again, absolutely!

Avital Cleaning Service cleaned the unfinished portion of our basement including the crawl space (dusted and removed cobwebs, dead bugs, debris, around basement floors, ceiling, furnace, water heater, sump pump, slop sink, piping and vents, etc). I was very pleased with my end-to-end experience with this company. It started with a simple phone call on a Monday, spoke to Martin and Ana (Anya) about the ad-hoc cleaning that I needed, and surprisingly they had availability that same Wednesday despite the holidays. We kept in touch via text message prior to the appointment, and when Ana and Agnes showed up on time, they reviewed the extensive cleaning supplies that I provided (customer to provide majority of cleaning supplies), listened as I showed them around the area to be cleaned downstairs, and then got right to work. They worked diligently and for the full 2 hours as promised, were very responsive and good communicators when I checked in on their over time, and showed honesty when they offered to clean the crawl space given that they still had adequate time remaining. My wife showed them around the house prior to their departure, offered some drinks and snacks as a sign of our appreciation, and they gave us a quote for biweekly house cleaning (if we end up hiring a service, it will be them!). Thanks to Ana and Agnes for a job well done!

Avital Cleaning is amazing!! I highly recommend this company. I have been with them for awhile now and have received excellent cleaning service every time as well as a friendly and hard working crew. They do there job in a matter of hours and my home smells and looks very clean and my 2 bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate. The carpeting is well vacuumed and my floors are spotless. So if your looking for a reliable cleaning service look no farther as this company is the best and I should know because I have tried so many others in the past. I give them a 5 star rating and a thumbs up!!!

Outstanding; I was very pleased with Avital Cleaning Service. I have used other cleaning services in the past and was extremely pleased with Avital due to their attention to detail, punctuality, and overall professional demeanor. I would highly recommend trying this cleaning service. 

When i called to check on availability and price of cleaning service i was nicely surprised by prompt and detailed answers. I called yesterday and needed service the next day and that was not a problem to my surprise. The service was prompt and detailed and well priced. I will Definitely use them again and will in the future probably every two weeks.

They was amazing!! they was cleaning everything that wasn't nailed down including base boards. I felt very comfortable with Avital Cleaning in my house, and I did not feel judged as I have not been able to clean the way I like for a while. Anna even offered to clean the kitty litter! She worked quickly and quietly, and she brought everything she needed! Great job!
