AUTUMN RIDGE LAND & SITE DESIGN

Recommended by a neighbor we engaged AR to redo our driveway, patio and some landscaping. Lots of energy up front. Plans were drawn samples reviewed, estimates provided, dates discussed and then?nothing. Literally nothing. Totally ghosted us. No money changed hand but his lack of professionalism put us back a year. A year later, thinking he was texting a poker buddy during a game, he texts me instead. And acts like nothing ever happened. He may do good work. I don?t know. But if you can?t even get the job done what?s the point?

It turned very good. He was very helpful. The prices are a bit on the high side there but they have very good quality. You get what you pay for.

They did a great job and the work is high quality. Robert was a super nice guy. He was really good about responding to our first call but, then we didn't hear from him for a while. Once we did hear back from him he was ready to schedule immediately. The estimate process was fast and the work was great.

Robert was easy to work with and responsive. He had sound advice on project design and understood our budget.
His estimate was itemized, thorough and easy to read.

We took him up on his offer to lay out some bricks in different patterns before final installation so we could choose a pattern, which slowed down his work but was an important step to take.

The brick took a few weeks longer to arrive than we had hoped so I called/e-mailed him several times to ask for updates during that period, but once it arrived his team did the work promptly.

We weren't completely happy with the result at first and showed him some places where we thought it could be done better. He agreed and his workers came back the next day to fix it perfectly. The final result is excellent and beautiful.

I thought they were very good and they were very responsive. Ultimately they ended up doing a great job. This was only been done since Labor Day, it looks great but I cannot say it has lasted forever. It has been in our yard for a couple of months. They did a very good professional job, they actually completed the project within the time frame that we had asked them to complete it and that helped. I will use them again.

Everything went very smoothly. We have a pretty difficult yard given the sun/shade situation, but they did a great job of suggesting appropriate plants and providing a good mix of multi-season color, and after the first season, things look great. We made some mid-stream changes to the design and plant mix, which was easily accommodated with no problem. We are extremely happy with our new yard and will definitely use them to supplement the front yard and do the back when we are ready.

Good. They came and the work was completed quickly, and professionally.

Initial implementation went ok except that we went slightly over budget and timeline as the workers completed more of the patio than initially wanted. Unfortunately, once full payment was completed, follow up became atrocious. The fence broke down within 8 months and we were left with an opening to the alley from our backyard. Despite literally daily calls (which we sometimes reached them and got promises of "tomorrow"), this repair took months to get done. We still don't have all the landscaping promised and we received a bill for the fence on top of it all. Very frustrating. It was obvious that our little "issue" no longer had any priority. Autumn Ridge overcommits and underdelivers. They would do much better simply to turn down some work and concentrate on the customers they already have.

Overall, went well. They were punctual and worked quickly. The landscaping looks good. They had initially submitted a higher bid, but when we asked for a lower bid they were able to lower it by incorporating some of the existing bushes. They also set up a sprinkler system.

I was introduced to Autumn Ridge when I won an auction item they'd donated (holiday planters) to a local charity. I'd recently moved into my home and my front yard was barren. On their visit to install the planters (late November) I discussed my desire to landscape the front yard and Robert offered his services. We discussed my intentions, preferences, likes and dislikes, for the front yard. Within a week, Robert provided a thorough proposal which clearly outlined every aspect of the landscape plan. Robert was extremely flexible with the design changes I wanted to implement, which were relatively minimal. I made a few changes, additions and deletions to the proposal. We scheduled an installation date for early spring. The crew completed the job in a single day, working about 10 hours. They also provided a comprehensive plant-care guide which included watering recommendations. The front yard looks beautiful. I'm very happy with the work of Autumn Ridge.
