After baring my soul through a string of emails, I scheduled a meeting with someone who said she could help me. She stood me up. I tried contacting her several times while I waited in Starbucks: no return emails/calls and no show. A day later and still no contact from this organization. UPDATE: The provider emailed me just shy of 48 hours and said there was a mix up. Apparently another gentleman said he was me and she sat down and talked with him. The response time to my messages still isn't satisfactory. However, I believe her and think this could happen to anyone.She was also very embarrassed once she realized what had happened.
Description of Work: We were meeting for the first time for me to go through my situation and discuss my list.
