I did not have a positive experience with Scott Gilbert. He was very lazy and did not try to earn my business or market my property. He was unresponsive and very unmotivated. I even found out that he refused an offer my condo and didn't even tell me about it. I have yet to sell the property.

Responsive and competent service. Put simple: Got job done and did it in professional and communicative manner.

So far so good, it hasn't gone on the market yet. I like the exposure that their properties have and John came recommended to me. I liked his strategy. Their fees are the same as anyone else.

We are recently completing our fourth real estate transaction handled by Tom McCarey, ABR. Tom is a tireless worker, working 7 days a week and long hours each day. He is easily accessible by phone and/or e-mail, and if he is busy he gets back to you promptly. Tom never tires, or if he does it does not show. He has taken us to multiple properties looking for the perfect home. Recently he sold our Wicker Park condo in 10 days, even in the current brutal market. Tom is honest and will not steer you in the wrong direction. He knows that his livelihood depends on referrals and repeat business, and he provides excellent service throughout what can be a laborious, stressful process. Although we don't plan on moving again anytime soon, if we do, I will not hesitate to contact Tom.
