We moved out, and Mike arranged for painting and plastering after conferring with us. Lene took pictures, which we saw by e-mail.



Then there was an open house, which immediately produced bids, much to our surprise and delight. Mike worked with us by phone to decide which to accept, and then with our attorney, pushing it all through. It was an easy experience for us, especially since we'd never done it before. We would recommend The Thomas Team @ Properties without hesitation. Mike answered all our questions, some several times, and was very patient and knowledgeable, and always kept us in the loop about what was happening.

Their service is good.

As fair as the money that I paid for the in home cleanup and stagging it was not worth it. I feel that the house stayed on the market way longer than what it should have.

We purchased an older home that we are remodeling. I moved here and was very wide open about what I wanted. I had a few neighborhoods that I liked. She sat down and talked to us and found out what are tastes were. We went out just about every weekend until we found something we loved. Within about 3 months we had a home and it was a great experience. She was truly wonderful to work with. The quality of her service was excellent.

PAM IS A GREAT AGENT--SHE'S SOLD A LOT OF CONDOS IN THE LINCOLN PARK NEIGHBORHOOD AND IS DEFINITELY INVESTED IN GETTING THE PRICE YOU WANT FOR YOUR HOME. SHE'S GOT GREAT FEEDBACK ABOUT EASY THINGS TO DO AROUND THE HOUSE TO MAKE IT BETTER FOR SHOWINGS, BUT DOESN'T WANT YOU TO THROW MONEY AT IT PER SE.
