House Cleaning
THE TWO WOMEN SENT TO CLEAN OUR HOME LEFT AFTER THREE HOURS BUT STILL CHARGED THE FOUR-HOUR MINIMUM, $120 ($15/HR. EACH FOR FOUR HOURS). WORSE, WE HAD TO CLEAN THE HOUSE AFTER THEY LEFT--THE CUPBOARDS, WINDOW SILLS, ETC. WERE STILL DIRTY, EVEN THOUGH THESE WERE THINGS WE HAD SPECIFICALLY POINTED OUT AS NEEDING TO BE CLEANED. WORSE YET, THEY TRIED TO STEAL THE ONE AND ONLY POSSESSION THAT WE HAD IN THE HOME (WE HADN'T YET MOVED IN), A BOTTLE OF WINE THAT WE BROUGHT OVER WHEN WE LET THEM IN (THEY FINALLY RELINQUISHED IT AND CLAIMED IT WAS A MISTAKE). AFTER TWO CONVERSATIONS WITH THE OWNER I RECEIVED A $15 REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE TIME NOT WORKED AND WAS PROMISED ANOTHER $30, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
