Paid them A LOT to replace shut off valves and here we are 3 years later (the valves have never been touched since) and it's leaking. Also broke my toilet tank while doing the work and didn't tell me. Also couldn't unclogged my bathtub drain on another visit. Absolute highest prices and lowest quality of work.

There's a vent located around the thumping area, so I thought it was just caused by the wind rattling a pipe. This young man worked diligently and thoroughly to find the problem. Turns out, it was just an O-ring! Other companies told me I needed a valve replacement, which would've involved removing the tub and tile. I was very impressed!

It took a bit to convince someone to come over to assess the damage, but once the plumber arrived he got right to work and though it took many hours to fix he was always polite.

Mike seemed friendly and honest on first call. After huge storms with rainwater backup I got estimates form $0 (don't bother doing anything) to more than $9,000 to fix my problem. Mike identified cheap ball-float sump pumps as the culprit. Sent a guy out within two days to complete the work and finished quickly. Told me I needed some minor work done including a check valve for my basement floor drain to prevent rainwater backup. Also needed basement toilet resealed. I left two messages with the office to reschedule the other two jobs. I even told them I needed some additional kitchen plumbing work and no one returned my calls. If you can get Mike on the phone you'll do well, otherwise I wouldn't expect a call back. Work was efficient, but a bit pricey. Overall a mixed experience.

The receptionist are very professional and very easy to talk to. Scheduling goes very well and they worked with me to coordinate things. Things are told to me very clearly so I know what is going on.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICE CALLS, BUT DEALING WITH THE OFFICE WAS A BEAR. THEY ARE OVERPRICED, AND UNCONCERNED ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THEY REPLACED A PERFECTLY GOOD PUMP. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT CATCH THEM IN TIME. OVERALL, I HAD A VERY MEDIOCRE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE.

TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLAND. THEY INSTALLED A COMPLICATED OVER-HEAD SEWER SYSTEM QUICKLY AND WELL. THEY DID A TOP QUALITY JOB. BEST OF ALL THEY CAME IN WELL UNDER THE ESTIMATE. MIKE, JIM AND TIM WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
