The flowers were nice; they were professional; they delivered the next day, as it was late afternoon when i called. I did think both their flower prices and their delivery prices were very high and i'll try to find another florist if I do this again.

WOW! Double wow! Incredibly impressed! When I called to place an order they were friendly and professional. The process was quick and easy. Next, I received a picture of the bouquet once it was arranged. With the sale I found online I was expecting a dinky arrangement. However, the arrangement was quite large and full. Lastly, I requested same day delivery. I called 4 hours before the bouquet arrived.

I ordered  flowers to be sent to my sister's birthday, to be delivered to her place of business and requested a specific delivery time frame.

Ashland Addison has a wonderful variety of choices available, in all price ranges that will fit most any budget.

I ordered via  the easy to use  link/website located under the florist's name on their Angie's page.

I was a bit apprehensive, not having had the best luck in the past with OTHER florists.

This was an incident a few years ago, but just noticed this as a category on Angie's List. I ordered flowers for them to deliver to a friend who was in the hospital. I did not hear from the friend, so I assumed the flowers arrived okay (she had a tough recovery, so I was not surprised to not hear from her). I learned a couple months later that the flowers had never arrived, so I called Ashland Addison and asked what my options were. They said that they would not do anything about it because I did not call immediately when it happened. They refused to refund my money and refused to deliver another bouquet because of the time that had elapsed. I gave them $50 and got nothing in return. I have received flowers from them and they have been of nice quality, but would never trust them again to send flowers.

Overall the flowers were beautiful. I received a lot of help in picking flowers from their wedding coordinator- though to get an appt close to the wedding date (2 months out) was a little tough. I was a little disappointed the flowers for the boutonni res and corsages were slightly wilted/browned on the edges especially considering when I saw the flowers at the warehouse fridge they looked perfect. I was also hoping the flowers would be a less expensive.

Called ASHLAND ADDISON FLORIST on a Wednesday for a Saturday delivery. I wanted a outdoor plant with flowers for a approximate price and they described some they had. I also wanted a cake and they had that too. This was for a special friend's birthday and the flowering plant was huge and perfect and the cake was just so yummy. ASHLAND ADDISON FLORIST really delivered everything thay said and on time.

Well. They delivered on time and what was expected.

They were great. They delivered the arrangement right on time, it looked perfect and was much lower than other estimates for something of a similar size.

Used them for my wedding and the service was outstanding! Very easy to work with. Extreme attention to detail. Call on them now for everyday floral needs.

We stopped by a few weekends ago to pick up flowers for a friends' birthday. The flowers they put together were wonderful and was a huge assortment! We went back again today to pick up flowers for home. We will be regulars.

Overall, everything turned out beautifully. I loved my flowers. They listened to what general areas I liked, questioned me with good examples (i.e. Do you like texture like this?), and designed something unique and beautiful. I received rave reviews. There was some confusion over the location of my cake, and they left without decorating it, but all worked out in the end, and it's unclear if that was a reception location issue. When I complained, they credited me the cost of the cake flowers.
