I catch on average 3-4 mice a week and see droppings in my kitchen daily. I live on the 3rd floor and keep a clean orderly home. Despite contacting management several times (sometimes multiple times a day) they have yet to resolve this issue. My home no longer feel safe or sanitary and my belongings have been befouled by mice urine and feces. I am at my wits end. I hear the scratching and squeaking at night and have been unable to sleep properly in months. They are running a health hazard. will not be attaching photos because no one should have to see that many dead mice.

I signed a lease with ASAP management which was to begin on July 1, 2018. I paid the first months rent, per fee and move in fee. As of today's date I have received two emails [not phone calls) from the leasing agent, Polly. She states that I will once again not be able to move into the unit I have already paid for. Her reason is that the current tenant will not be moving out until July 5th. This is, however, the second move out date that Polly has given me. She even went so far as to suggest that I move in with my daughter until this time. It gets better, she is going to prorate my rent. Forget the deposit on the movers or that my cats and I are now homeless. I need a good lawyer ASAP!!!!!
