AS Painting and Decorating

Another painter quit on me because he couldn't handle Safecoat 0 voc paint. He stepped in with A supervisor (his brother) and 3 men at a days notice. Some things went wrong, but they were adjusted. The low marks are for I could never get him to come back for more work. sInce 2011 and his phone nos are no longer good. His emails were very curt. Do you want me to do to do the work or not. He said he had another green paint to suggest, but he wouldn't give me the name. His rates then were 90$ per man hr plus materials. He was recommended through Greenwerks which is now defunct. He has since done a job for the Smart House at the Museum. He was very nice when the job was on, but I wasn't totally confident with his workmen. I was reluctant to have them continue with the trim which is harder in 0voc paint and his estimate for that was very high also. Seems to be a reliability issue here.

AS worked on the interior and exterior of the house for a period of 3 months and basically provided and interior and exterior facelift. Fantastic experience and AS always adjusted to changing conditions and new discoveries. The house is from the 1890s, so nothing was as expected. Highly skilled and dedicated craftsmen! There was no job they couldn't help me with.
