Home Building
For this being the largest purchase of my life, it was easily the worst customer service experience. Multiple problems with punch list items and refinishing the common areas. The workmanship was shoddy at best. The builder advertised and showed a roofdeck online as well as in the Chicago Tribune and then did not repair it. When confronted, the response was, ''Go ahead and sue me.'' The builder also sets the buildings up with a management company that is useless. Do NOT buy property from this builder.
