After warning us that it would be close to impossible, they stayed on it, and made it happen--on a Saturday morning..!!. Yes, the showroom is beautiful and the contents of it is top quality-- but what sets them apart is this GREAT SERVICE..!! We are grateful.. THAT is how to keep a customer!! Thank you again!!

Bottom line is that 9 months post delivery we noticed the fabric on the seating surface of one of the chairs, the one most used, was beginning to ball up like a wool sweater will do on the forearms or cuffs after repeated wears.
After calling customer service, sending them pictures of the seat and interacting with them on 3 occasions they insisted that the problem was caused by an abrasion of someone sitting on the chair.
I insisted this was due to normal sitting activity and that no person had snagged or damaged the chair by an object on the back of their seat(bottom).
They insisted that I call the insurance company that we had purchased for them to address the issue. I asserted repeatedly that the cause was inferior fabric and that other seat cushion fabric was susceptible to the same issue. To no avail they ceased to consider my position of faulty fabric and stopped the exchange of communication.
To validate my assumption I rotated the chairs around the table to have a non-frequently used chair become the primary sitting chair. Sure enough 2.5 months later the fabric on the seat of that chair is displaying the same results(balled up fabric on the edges and back of seat where contact is greatest with the sitting person)...
Alas, we purchased dining room seats(4) of them at the cost of 2400 dollars to be nothing more than ornamental objects. The fabric quality will not sustain 9 months of normal daily wear without looking like it has been around the table for 5+ years.
We are now stuck with dealing with insurance representatives to have the problem band-aided.
If you buy furniture to look at this retailer is a good option. If you buy it to be functional across time I would highly recommend you find another source for your time and money.

When I entered Arhaus, I just finished visiting 4 other furniture stores. I was impressed with the comparative quality of Arhaus furniture, reasonable prices, and the knack of sales personnel to tell when I wanted to poke around myself and when I needed assistance. When I did have questions, Michelle and her colleagues were incredibly knowledgeable about Arhaus products. I was pleasantly surprised when Michelle offered to measure my home to make sure I was making the right size choices and stunned when she didn't blink over coming by at 7:00 am so I could get to work on time. I work long hours so coming by after work wasn't an option. Michelle was clearly excited about Arhaus products and customer service.
I went to 3 more furniture stores but kept coming back to Arhaus where sales personnel helped me to match their competitor's furniture to Arhaus. I was never pressured to consider Arhaus over their competitors. These were some of the best sales experiences I've ever had. Arhaus staff even suggested lower-priced options that pulled the look of my place together better than some of the higher priced Arhaus options I was looking at. The ordering process was smooth and I was fully and accurately informed of possible delivery delays ahead of time.
Delivery and set-up went smoothly. Just like Arhaus sales personnel, Arhaus delivery personnel were warm, friendly, personable, hard-working and knowledgeable about Arhaus products. Unfortunately, the non-Arhaus delivery company hired to deliver the relic caused severe damage to my building's stairwell, halls, and the relic itself. It was a bit of a nightmare documenting the damage, getting reimbursed, having the relic removed and getting the stairwell repaired. This is where Arhaus really shined. This part of the process had nothing to do with Arhaus. However, they helped me to contact the delivery company, talked to the owner for me, helped provide documentation for my condo association, had the item removed at no cost and according to my schedule and delivered my second choice. When my second choice didn't fit in the unit, Arhaus delivery personnel didn't bat an eye when they had to carry this large bookcase back down 5 flights of stairs.
I thought it was over but the bed I ordered didn't fit my mattress and the buffet was missing hardware to put the shelves in. As a result, Arhaus arranged for extra long bed rails to be delivered and took away the others at no cost and also arranged for a carpenter to come by and put in the shelves at no cost.
In closing, I had planned to spend about $2000 and spent over $10,000 knowing that I may never see this kind of service and quality again. I plan to enjoy the compliments I receive over my Arhaus home for many years to come. I am selling my home now and can't tell you how many compliments I've heard from potential buyers. I consider Lisa, Michelle and their colleagues at Arhaus largely responsible for the selling position I am in today. This would not be true without the combination of rich high quality furniture combined with customized interior design.
