I provided them with a perfect template. The glass was off, but since it was minor I did not complain and I needed it that evening, as they were a week late in getting it to me. They refused to wave the delivery fee even though they had kept me waiting. I also requested cork spacers, that I was told are no longer made, which is untrue. They told me they would provide me with plastic ones. The delivery men came without them and told me they were not needed, as a result the glass slipped against each other and chipped badly. I called the manager who took a month to return my call, and I accepted partial blame but asked him if since I was a regular customer that he would come and look and make me an offer. He arrived an hour early and was surly and rude. He explained that it was my fault and asked why I waited so long to call him. He basically called me a liar when I informed him of my 2 phone calls to his business. He called me 2 days later with a very steep quote. He offered only 10% off and offered to wave a delivery fee. I asked him if he couldn't do any better, as I have spent several thousand with him. He said no, that he was doing me a big favor. It has not been the first time this business has been rude, but as they are so close I have used them repeatedly. This will be the last. The prices are competitively high and I am fed up. Remembering too that the glass they are removing is large and salvageable.

I really liked that they work with your insurance company and that they will come to you to do the work. I only had to pay a $100 deductible to have this done. They were even able to get my stickers off my window and they reapplied them to the new one.

HE WAS EXPERIENCED WITH OLDER HOMES. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WOULD DO THE WORK ON SITE. HE DID THE WORK WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

GAVE A THREE HOUR TIME FRAME (9 TO NOON), ARRIVED RIGHT AFTER 9. QUOTED PRICE ON PHONE ACCURATELY. WORKED QUICKLY, CLEANED COMPLETELY, EXPLAINED EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, ANSWERED MY HUSBAND''S QUESTIONS WITH A SMILE.
