everything went well.  all my blinds are Just BEAUTIFUL.  I have rooms with single windows and i wanted them to match my drapes which are all different.  They did a fantastic job with all their tape color choices to match my Vintage and new drapes.  They take the time to work with you and give you what you want and are very patient.  No job is too small for them so you will be more than pleased with their service and products.  Great, great company.  THANKS!!!

Aracon was able to replace the cord-lock mechanism and some other parts on one of our wooden mini blinds. 
The trouble with wood blinds is that typically, you can't just replace one.  It will look too different from the other matching blinds in the same room.
So we were looking at replacing six wood blinds at a cost of.... what, $800 to $1,500?  Or, having Aracon fix our one problem blind for about $100 which includes pick-up, parts, labor, drop-off and reinstall. 
These guys are honest professionals and I've recommended them to friends for repair and new window coverings.

They did a fantastic job. The blinds are like new and all for the price of about replacing the blinds on one window. I am having them come out to replace the cheap-O plastic K-Mart blinds I have on 10 bedroom windows in our house.

I called the owner back to have them come and service my drapes. When they showed up, they were on time and they were very professional. I would definitely use them in the future.

Excellent. I brought the blinds in to the store. I had expected to drop the blinds off and pick them up in one week. They replaced the cord while I waited (only 10 minutes).

Fine! They were able to schedule an early morning time to remove the blinds, accommodating my work schedule. The blinds were throughly cleaned and reinstalled for me. They were very respectful of my home and wore shoe covers when they were in the house to protect my carpets. Also, they made some repairs to the blinds.

They had to take the track down from the ceiling, and replace the entire cord that had broken. The track was extremely long (very wide window) and we had other contractors doing work in the place at the same time. They came in very quietly, went about their work, tested it and very quietly left, "and it works just fine". We had them come in at the "last minute" and they worked us into their schedule. We had to shift the day off one day because of their work load, but I was a "last minute" quick project, so I didn't mind.
