Professional, quality work, at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend and use again. The team that repaired our pool were fantastic! We are so thankful for the great service and to be able to use our pool again.

Turned out the tub was leaking from more than one location. Aquatech was great in quickly coming back to carry out additional repairs and making sure all the leaks were fixed.

The first time the tech came, he put a cover on all jets and said he was pretty sure it would work, depending on really how severe our leaks were. We ended up still having a very small leak. They arranged someone to come out very quickly and our jet was replaced completely. Both times they were very helpful and quick, explaining what work that needed to be done in an easy to understand way.

It was good. They were able to fix it. All good.

Gia scheduled my appointment.  Scott was right on time.  Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and able to explain everything.

I am so glad I found them! I had called so many plumbers, pool/spa, electricians and could not find a single person willing to work with a whirlpool jet tubs. The phone calls and emails were responsive and helpful. The repair technician was on time and explained everything. It was very reasonable and would definitely use them again.

It's the second time Scott fixed a tub for me. Both times he was polite and professional. Best of all, he is a real expert and doesn't have to learn on the job. He diagnoses the problem instantly and can fix it on the spot, since he carries most common parts in his truck. Also gives excellent advice if asked for it. I am very happy with his services.

I left three messages on three different days and received no response. They might provide quality service, but I'll never know. Not sure how you run a business like that.

Aquatech was the only provider after calling/retaining 4 different plumbers that could manage to diagnose the problem with our jetted tub (bad switch) and correct the problem in less than a half hour. They were prompt on the phone and came out the same week we called. Couldn't recommend them higher.

Gia was very helpful and responsive! I was originaly told that the hot tub part of the business has been shut down for the season but to call back if I couldn't find someone else. Within a day Gia called me back to say she was going to send Scott out to come look at our issue; we had a few phone conversations, and they thought he had the proper replacement pump/motor. Scott came out and did great work (and provided some good advice), and the tub has been working well since. I would use Aquatech again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Gia who books appointments was so personable we ended up chatting for a bit after our appointment was made. She seems like a great person. Scott who services the hot tubs was very knowledgable and explained and showed me all that was being fixed. he showed up on Time and was professional. Highly recommend Aquatech-will use them again. Great company! They really care about their customers And stand behind the work they do. Thank u Gia and Scott!!

The very nice woman who answered the phone and who arranged scheduling kept in close touch with me. Because we were in a long period of rain, the company had to wait to schedule for a dry day (since it is hard to see a leak in the rain). She kept in close contact with me and was very courteous. Technician was on time and problem was resolved promptly. He even took the time to talk to my husband about the heater element and what to look for when it goes and how to buy a replacement. He did not try to sell us something we did not yet need. Very nice and we were very pleased with this company.

The technician (Scott) was on time and even though it was a quick fix, he took the time to show us how to take out all the jets so they could be easily cleaned. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Overall it was a fine experience. They showed up on time and got the job done, which is really all I can ask for.

They ordered the wrong part and hooked it up incorrectly. They left no booklet after they performed the service. Everything they did on the hot tub was wrong and it cost me more than it would have to have one person do it corerctly. He did not know what he was doing.

It went well. they explained everythign and actually recommended a cheaper option that made them less money. I'd recommend them again.

Work went very well. I needed someone to repair/replace the jet in my tub so that water would not leak out of the tub if a bath was taken. I contacted Aquatech they sent a serviceman to my condo and he fixed the problem quickly. He was prompt and very courteous and the cost was not expensive at all. I would definitely use them again.

FANTASTIC. We were selling our condo and the jacuzzi tub quit working (discovered during the home inspection by the buyer) so we had to fix it. We just could not find a company to come out. The job was too small, and we were in the city and most companies were in the burbs. We called a store that installs these tubs and they gave us the name of a company who does repairs, but that company charged a service call fee, plus hourly rate, and they thought it might be the motor or the pump, but they would have to order the part and it would take two trips (once to identify the problem and again to come back and install the part) and we would have to pay for two trips for them to do the work. So I eventually found this company through Angie's list (hard to find this company even on Angies List) I think there are only two companies in the city that do this. The woman working in the office explained that they had most parts in stock, she was confident with these standard jacuzzi tubs they would have what we need, and confident that the tech could install it in an hour. We were under a tight deadline, we were selling in 4 days, and she got the tech out in 2 days, he had a bunch of pumps and parts with him, he replaced the pump in an hour, and we were thrilled. He also cleaned the jets out, Cascade in the water works great. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

When our jacuzzi stopped working, I had a hard time locating a service to address the issue. I came across two listings and Aquatech was the first service to call back. From my description of the problem (smell of burning rubber when we flipped on the jacuzzi), a broken motor was the initial diagnosis, but Gia told me to look for the warranty to see if the part was covered as the tub was only three years old. I did look, and it indeed was covered. I was able to make an appointment for later that week. The technician arrived promptly, quickly addressed the issue, explained what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. A rubberband had somehow gotten sucked into the motor, but the motor was otherwise fine. The technician also gave us an invaluable tip on how to remove the smell of mildew coming from the tub: Diswasher detergent! Brilliant!

Was recommended by Jacuzzi Co. customer service. We thought our tub needed a new motor since this was stated as an existing condition in the house we purchased. When scheduling, I told Aquatech that this was probably what the problem was, but when they actually came out they discovered that the motor was fine but that the on/off switch was bad. They didn't try to gouge me for a motor that I didn't need, but simply repaired the on/off switch on the spot and at a reasonable price. Communication was great, calls were promptly returned when scheduling, received a call from the repairman when in-route, and he arrived on time as scheduled, and was very polite.
