Aquae Sulis Showroom

Aquae Sulis is part of W.F. Meyer.  We dealt with the W.F. Meyer is Aurora, IL.  We used the Chicago location for occasional pickup and returns.  Everyone we dealt with, in Aurora and in Chicago, made this one of the easiest  parts of a stressful remodeling.
Items were delivered promptly.  Whenever something had to be returned and/or exchanged the process was seamless between the two locations: one near our home and one near the remodeling.  Unlike other parts of this remodeling, we never had any issues with the quality of the product or the professional help we received.  This is a wonderful company to deal with.

I loved them. I used this scout, Freda Swanson and she was really great. They are just a great showroom. I was looking for a showroom to see exactly some type of shower faucets and all that and it was hard to find a showroom, a lot of people didn't have nice showrooms or didn't have a large selection and these guys had a great showroom and a large selection.

I think they were good. It's a fabulous showroom. They are by far the best I have seen. I went to several. Some of them were little tiny things not even worth our time, but this one was really good, so that was great. I really like that showroom. I think they're also setting up a new space for them. I think they have a few cabinets but I really went to them for fixtures and things. They were phenomenal. They are really helpful and listened to what I was looking for and then found a great solution. It took about 2 seconds with that girl, but she really listens well, instead of wasting our time looking around, which I still of course looked, but she led me right to exactly what I had said I was looking for so it kind of worked out great.
