 + -1 moreWhile a prompt meeting was scheduled, the two sales personnel had no interest in performing the work I described. Rather, they obviously used the meeting in a transparent attempt to sell us a new phone system (not to mention trying to hook us up with a different telecommunications provider). After learning I wasn't interested in a new system, they promised to provide the quote I originally requested. None was ever provided.
Description of Work: I requested that the company provide a quote for the modification of our existing Nortel Meridian business phone system.
