- Overall, I'm rating a C as the company did what they advertised then surprised me with an "auto-renew" feature in the contract. The contract was sold to another provider "Castle Rock", both were comparable. - Price, was about $45/mo. Perhaps a little on the high side but not outrageous. However at the end of your contract you don't transition to month-by-month rather you become obligated for another year! This is where the service can become extremely expensive. You could potentially use the service for 13 months and you have to pay for 24 months. I'm still in shock that they were so matter-of-fact that my cancellation will go through in the middle of next year! - Quality. The alarm system worked as designed and have no complaints about the hardware nor service. - Responsiveness. Very quick to call if I set off the alarm. - Punctuality. There were two different installers at two different times. Both were on-time. - Professionalism. Everyone I've ever spoken with fine. Tech support was quite knowledgeable. I would be open to using them again, however that annual auto-renew feature would have to go.

They replaced the security system with a new wireless one, and it didn't work a single day the whole time. We had to call and cancel the contract.
