We have used them a few times. He is a really good guy and not too expensive. He is pleasant. The scheduling can be a little tricky and you kind of need to catch him. He has been around for a while and a lot of our friends have used him as well. He shows up when he says he is going to.

We use them a lot; because he was in the area, he always comes out when he promises, and his work is reasonable. They are good especially when things are out of warranty. It cost me $180 for the dishwasher and that was mostly for the part, and $45 for the service charge for the washing machine. He is excellent, I can’t even tell that he was here, except for the fact that the thing that was not working, was working now. Marty has low overhead, so if I were to call and ask them out, they would rake me over the course. We usually get our appliances from them, and get our warranties out of them too, and we rely on Marty.

The service company was called on a Saturday morning, and I was able to make an appt. for a service call the same afternoon. The technician arrived on time, took his time evaluating the problem, and then explained the problem and solution in detail. He came again for a followup and again arrived on time with all the materials he would need. I found him to be knowledgable and very professional.
