They repaired a clothes dryer because the drum could not spin. They were very helpful over the phone. The person who came here was very courteous, knowledgeable, polite and he seemed to know what he was doing.

Believe me, you will not get this level of service elsewhere. Many other services, particularly larger companies, will often have to schedule a diagnostic appt and then return at a later time to complete the repair, increasing the cost and the time for a fix.
Javier was prompt, professional, his fees were more than reasonable, and was extremely easy to communicate with via phone calls and texts.
When the issue turned out not to be any of the problems that he thought it would be but was in fact something I had done wrong, he refunded me a portion of what I had already paid, which given the amount of time he'd spent with me he was well within bounds to keep. I asked not to refund me, it really was all my fault, and he wouldn't hear of it.
This is an honest, well run small business with a stand out level of customer service and I couldn't imagine calling anyone else to fix something in my home other than Appliance Repair Doctor.
