I would hire this company for any appliances needed. Rich apologized for miscommunication on the time. Rich went above and beyond making sure my washing machine was working correctly and educated me on how to clean it. He gave me a great price for his service due to a miscommunication on the appointment time. He apologized and I would recommend using his service again.

They were wonderful with the customer service they delivered and I would hire them.

On time, courteous. told me exactly what was wrong within 10 minutes of our conversation and oven check. Let me know a rebuilt computer timer or a new oven would be needed. Let me decide, did not push for their order.

Rich was on time, very knowledgeable and very conscientious. He fixed a couple small items on my appliances without charge. He was great. I would hire him again in a second.

Very fair pricing. Advised me that the circuit board was expensive and that I should consider getting a new stove.

I called them they came to the place to fix the dishwasher the guy saw some roaches in the house because my previous tenants really trashed the house . So I was not there he told me over the phone the job was done the next day I went to the house ran the dishwasher n was having the same problem but he did charge my card 169 dollars for 10 min that he was there n lied to me that he did fix . So i don't recommend them to anybody waste of money .

Richard was absolutely fantastic. He was responding, punctual and was very honest about the repair. Unfortunately my washing machine was not repairable due to extensive failure. Richard did not want any money for his service and had no business. I gave his decent tip to cover his time. I an very happy with his company and will recommend to anyone. SUPER SERVICE!!!!!

Technician was here when expected, was courteous, kept us informed and seemed efficient.

Their very unprofessional they rescheduled my service about 3 times and still didn't show up. I called the several times trying to see what was going on the lady said she'll call me back and never answered the phone again. I won't recommend this company to anyone!!!

Worker came to our home to fix our icemaker and quoted $79. He worked for only ½ hour and charged us $320, which we paid by check. Icemaker did not work, and we called for a new appointment, and workman did not show up or call for the first two rescheduled appointments. Meanwhile we called the owner numerous times and he never called back. After many calls over two weeks, the worker came back a second time and again did not fix the problem. When he came back the third time he told us that he did not know how to fix the icemaker and we should call another company. Again tried to call the owner many more times and have left many messages, but he has not returned any of our numerous phone calls. He did answer once when I called early in the morning and he said he would call us back, but never did. They have no intention of refunding our $320 and we know of no way to get it back. We have called another service provider and the icemaker has been repaired. Appliance Alliance could care less about its customers or quality of work. They will not even return a phone call if there is a problem. YOU SHOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The service call was scheduled quickly and the technician was polite and professional.

We called for a repair on a Samsung washing machine. Brian stated that the cost would be too high to repair but he had a Bosch set (refurbished) that he could sell us. We asked if the pedestals that we currently had could be used for storage and he said yes. Delivery was made of the refurbished units and the Bubble door was broken by technician during transport. He said he would order a new one to replace it in that it was his fault. This was 11/5/15. We have called for the replacement piece weekly since then and have been promised install times and have waited all day for the technician to show up and no communication from Brian. Today my husband talked to Richard (after waiting all day for a tech to no show) and he said that he could not replace the door in that it was too costly and that the existing pedestals should have been removed. We were out of luck! Brian never called and we have a unit that can be heard through the wall at the next condo. Communication was terrible and they never kept an appointment. I would say stay away and don't take a "deal" because they are not reputable from our experience. In today's business world integrity and communication is a commodity.
