I was very disappointed because he didn’t measure precisely. So when I got ready to get the railings put on it was like a little more than an inch off. Then I had to make the railings adjusted and make the space wider typically because when I told him he denied it. There was a laborer who didn’t know measuring and said that he hadn’t done like this before and was going to try. Now one side is higher than the other. I called him numerous times but he never called be back or anything. When I looked at Angie’s List he had one lady who had given him a really bad review but he told negative things about her. His customer service skills and communication skills were awful. The works looks okay but he should have made the adjustments. I would not use them again.

They did the job on time and on budget. They did a very professional job and we would definitely use them again.

Apollo Concrete was hired to pour a new concrete floor in the basement. I was unfortunately fooled by the company's large Yellow Pages ad and list of referrals. The floor they poured is four inches higher in some places than others with bulges and imperfections throughout including a footprint. It has now developed cracks. The company also caused damage to the doorway and the corner of the garage while carelessly banging their wheelbarrows. Mr. Graham, the owner of the business who also oversaw the work, acted as though this was acceptable. When I complained to Mr. Graham upon his return the next day to clean up, he yelled and swore at me and threatened to throw the refuse he had excavated into my garage. I paid him just to get him away from me. His work was abominable and his behavior crass and frightening. His shoddy job caused numerous problems for subsequent workmen.
