They charge one month rent. It is good that they got any selling. I asked them to contact me by e-mail, and they keep calling me, so, that is kind of bad. Their agents are nice, but they are kind of laid-down in follow-up. I asked them to call me with feedbacks or if they have an application coming in, and I never hear anything, so, now I follow-up.
Description of Work: I am using Apartment Savvy Chicago, LLC in leasing one of my units. They had been trying to sell my apartment no. 2 in my building.
