"This man knew exactly what the lid looked like before we installed it. He held the door open while we carried it into the basement. He wanted a Fireman's discount after the work was done and we refused to lower the price he contracted for. If the inspector did not approve the job, he would have made us change it. The man has no honor. He contacted every agency in the book because he wanted to pay less. Now after several years of our system being installed, he has never called and said I flooded. I guess our system does what we said it will do, Keep your basement dry. We have been in business for 35 years and have never had a complaint that was sustained. Every couple of years we run into a guy like this one. We have had thousands of customers with no complaints. We have maintained an A+ rating with the BBB and NO complaints with the City of Chicago in 35 years. Also, For this man to say we took his money and went on vacation is another lie. He was scheduled to start after the 2 contracts before his. How did we buy the material and labor if we spent his money on vacation? Childish....We stand behind our product, yet we never have to return because we pride ourselves on doing it right the first time."
