Overall went well. Accommodated last minute request, but have had some problems with the team arrive late.

very poor service. You dirty dish towels shoved into the kitchen cabnits on top of clean dishes. I had serveral jewlery items as well as a camera missing. My husband and I ended up cleaning behind this maid service

I've used this maid service on and off for 5 years. I own several properties and I'm usually on a deadline when I call them to perform a deep cleaning prior to a tenant moving in. They've always been below average but their prices were decent and they show up on the scheduled date. Customer service is foreign to these people. The person in charge of scheduling and issuing quotes is a complete derelict. The maids pretend they don't speak English until it's time to ask for the check. The cleaning quality is extremely poor. They remove their cleaning supplies before you have a chance to inspect the unit. When you point out areas that need attention, the maids claim that they don't understand. The price last year for cleaning a vacant unit was $140. Last week, the same service cost $300.00. I had them clean another unit on May 28, 2016 and the price quoted was not honored. After they cleaned the unit, they upped the price. The maids did a very poor job and they where in there for approx 2.5 hours. I had tenants moving in shortly after both units were cleaned. I ended up having to finish the cleaning myself. I called the office to complain and I was told that a supervisor will call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I will never use this service again. They're a joke. I stopped payment on the check after discovering several other areas that were not serviced.

I've pointed out the areas that need to be addressed and they just stand by the door claiming they don't understand. They actually remove the cleaning supplies from the unit before you have a chance to inspect the unit. The so called supervisor does not get involved. He is strictly a driver to transport the maids from one job to another. I will never use this service again. 

Service a few months back started out good.  But as time went on the cleaning began to get worse and worse.  Then, this week my a cleaning appointment was changed 5 times and the house was hardly any cleaner after service was provided.  The wood floor had obviously not been vacuumed but not cleaned.  The dirty spots, that I could easily clean myself, were still present.  I normally don't write reviews but felt it was important since I chose this cleaner based on ratings from Angie's List.

I used them once and didn?t repeat with them. They had too many people for the job. I like less people and more time. I didn't use them again. They were punctual.

The first time they came they dropped a piece of china I had inherited from my mother and broke it. She apologized but I did not have an offer to replace it or an acknowledgement from the company so I suppose she did not report it. I allowed them come back because there wasn't anyone else available when I needed them. The last few months I have noted sloppier work. This last month they didn't even dust the furniture. They are scheduled to come this week but I am planning to cancel their services after this and find someone else who is more thorough. Also, there is a language barrier with the workers. It seems none of them speak much English and I don't speak Spanish.

I called them and they came within an hour to clean the house. They did a pretty good job for the amount that they charged - good value for the money. It was not a very thorough job but considering the amount of time I gave them, it was very reasonable.

3 very courteous people cleaned in 2.5 hours, with good attentional to detail and thoroughness. I have used once since and the performance was even better.

They were referred to me by a neighbor. They bring in few with all their own supplies and they were very quick. I would recommend them to anyone. I would use them again.
