The company was affordable and able to come at a convenient time. We had a pretty serious spider infestation on the property. We had just bought the house and there were nests, webs, and impressively sized spiders everywhere outside the property.
The first spraying was unfortunately unsuccessful. Within one week all of the webs that had been removed by the American Pest Solutions tech were re-spun and the spiders were back to dominating our property. We had a few that managed to make webs clear across our whole double car garage door and across the entire gangway between our house and the next door house in that single week! These webs were so bad that we could not use the gangway and the spiders pretty much dictated our pathway through the yard and into the garage.
Obviously disappointed in the return of the spiders, we called American Pest Solutions and explained that the original spray was unsuccessful and that the spiders were back in full force. They were very polite, apologized, and came immediately back out to the property to re-spray at no added cost. This second spray did the job. The property appears to be spider free and will hopefully stay that way throughout the winter.

One thing concerns me, and I will look into the report history in our files; that is the fact that you were not advised regarding long term solutions. If you did not receive that sort of guidance, we were indeed amiss. I will check this out and get back to you. That service was performed some time ago, it seems. You attest to the lack of continuing mouse problem, and you have used our service in the past. I will be honored to review the conditions past and, perhaps present. It is true that we are not a maintenance company. Our focus is on correct diagnosis and immediate solutions rather than carrying on long term visitation. We do guarantee our work. Since we had not heard from yoi, we did not follow up further. We certainly could have telephoned to see if there was further need. Again, thanks for your review.
