Was ok in the beginning. Then the guy I hired told me I was ungrateful and dropped me like a dirty rag. He was intimidating, would have a flipping fit if put on hold During calls with lender with Himmingand hauning and the **** word. Biggest narcissist I’ve ever come across. When we called the last time to the Leander they had already approved a trail payment plan. I was confused because the payment went down $2.00. Not knowing that the percentage rate didn’t go down , of course it was confusing. So, because I complained about the new payment the guy I paid $1500 to say he was fine BUT if it wasn’t for him ( because mortgage companies are scared of him) I would have lost my home. I DID NIT get what I paid for. Total rip off! I have contacted legal counsel to get a refund. But he is such a Conniver and a thug want to be I’m sure he will see this and have his side to it But this is the truth. STAY AWAY! Stay away from Jim Hamilton. I can get all text message transcripts if need be to prove who said what.
