He was very professional.  Was real fast.

It worked fine for about a month. Then an intermittent problem developed. The garage door would go down part way and then would go up again. The only way to close the garage door is manually. This is very difficult, as my mother is elderly and my father is in a wheelchair. My mother called installer to come fix the problem. The man who came is part owner of this company. I was there when he came to fix the door. He said there was no problem with the door, but said that the door was too heavy, it needed new springs, the rollers are plastic, and that is not good. He refused to concede that there might be any problem at all, but apparently if there was a problem, then it was our fault anyway. He got very loud, aggressive and abusive. My mother, father, husband and a neighbor, all tried to calm him down. He would not stop yelling and said there was nothing wrong with the door. Then he called me a *expletive* and drove away. But that was not enough for him, he called a half an hour later and yelled at my mother some more and told her "Your daughter is a *expletive*." I would strongly warn people to stay away from this company.

They came quickly, within two hours. They changed the springs and middle brackets.
