I liked the service man Ed. He did a good job explaining what he was doing and what I need to do to maintain both units. Used a phone book coupon to save money. He did bring another man who was much younger. I think that this other man was an apprentice. After this first experience, I was quite pleased. When I had problems with a water heater, I called. I also asked about another problem and did get some feedback which I appreciated. But trying to schedule this appointment was trying. The scheduler kept saying that she would call me back later and did not. I called back a third time and got it scheduled. I can't recall if I was told that appointments are ultimately scheduled based on severity of the problem. Even if that did happen, I should have been called back on Saturday to be told that there were more serious problems being attended to and I would have to reschedule. Based on this oversight and the scheduling problem, I won't be back!
