"First: There is always a contrast between the new floor and the old one. in this situation it about 98% match. Secondly: for the old floor on sleepers ,of course there are gaps and I tried so hard to fill them the best that I could and also the old finish and wax, wood filler was already on the floor between the wood boards, that I could not clean up. I did apply 3 coats of senteco matte finish like we discussed. The next day she said it was to dull. I applied another coat of semi-gloss next day. She said to shine It. I did another coat, matte finish again. Finally she was ok with that. That was for the new floor. It was no extra charge. The extra charge was for the plywood The old floor pretty much the same thing and I did put another 2 extra coats of senteco plus I tried so hard to cover those old splits filled with old wax and previous old finish she gave me two hundred dollars but I didn't want to take money from her I just wanted to make her happy And I also, called her after she called me. I left her a message but she never called me back ,and also I'm not sure if she haze a dehumidifier or if she has water damage since I completed the job. And I told her to not let the cleaning lady use all the chemicals on the floor like she did before. The floor looks so good, I also email you a picture with the old floor how looks now I try to make everything for her to be happy, but I can not go every week."
