I sent Tim pictures of a 8x4 formica countertop top sink cutout and installed on 2 pre-assembled cabinets. Tim told me it would take 3-4 hours to complete. Tim became rude and unprofessional when I questioned him about spending 4 hours installing 2 pre-assembled cabinets and he reluctantly agreed to complete the sink cut and charge me for only 4 hours. What I didn't know until I came home from work is he intentionally cut the countertop in the house which created a lot of Sawdust on my appliances, floor and hvac system. He refused to clean up his mess, so my wife paid him to just leave because she was too distraught to deal with this. The Sawdust is now blowing through the hvac system and vents which is causing us to sneeze and cough from inhaling it.

It went well. The only issue was that he said he could not transport the long boards (needed for the replacement) in his van. if there had not been someone here with a truck, the job probably would not have been completed.

Even before the estimate, I could tell that Tim understood the challenges of the job. He arrived at the agreed on time to give an estimate, and he arrived at the agreed-on time to do the work. He had purchased the hinges needed for installation, and he arrived ready to work. The job was done and the kitchen floor was cleaned after about an hour and ten minutes. The re-installed doors hang straight and move smoothly on the hinges. They look and feel as if they were part of the original installation. I was very pleased to find someone who does excellent work at a reasonable price. I look forward to working with Tim again in the future.

The faucet worked out well., but the garbage disposal was a complete disaster. The air switch was not connected and the disposer was improperly hung from its bracket, causing it to leak. I hired a professional plumber who straightened out this mess the next day at a cost which exceeded the price I paid to the Handyman.

Great! Tim noticed right away that the door did not come pre-drilled for the hardware but he was on top of his game and had all the right tools with him to get the install accomplished correctly. He even made adjustments to adjacent baseboards so that it would not damage the new door as it did with the previous door.

Tim did a great job. He has both an artist's sensibility and a craftsman's skills. He was honest, trustworthy and took the job seriously, balancing functionality with design details. Despite the pedigree of the house, which can be intimidating, Tim never went overboard. He did excellent work at a reasonable price.

The contractor had a minimum charge which was a bit on the high side for the job involved. The contractor showed up on time. Realized I had purchased wrong caulk and went and purchased correct type. Got right to work and finished quickly. Our complaint is that the new caulk was applied a sloppily. Just used his finger to "finish" the bead. Doesn't look great. On the positive side, since he had a minimum charge for two hours work, he finish nailed a few loose pieces of trim that I had asked about for future jobs.

Tim was helpful on several occasions BEFORE I ever hired him. I really recommend him. When he did come out to do a job, he did it well and was incredibly personable too.

It worked out well. He was prompt and he did the work. The only problem was I need to be careful when I make a selection because I had purchased more hours then I had work for him to do, which is no fault of his.

Excellent. Tim showed up right on time. Worked quickly through all the tasks and finished early. Tim was very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money by reusing some parts to fix the faucet as opposed to replacing the faucet.

I was told that the handyman who came was an expert on interior trim. He cut pieces with care and fit them into spaces to finish off the line of cabinets for a clean look.

Tim was right on time, very friendly and courteous and completed the tasks in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with him and his work. I've been looking for a go-to handyman for a long time that I can trust and rely on and I've finally found that in Tim! It all went well. Communication was good from the start, and the handyman they sent out (Pete) was friendly, efficient, and quite flexible. The work was of very good quality. He did some repair work on a wooden shed, replaced and fixed some outlets and an external light, painted two rooms, and installed a new kitchen faucet.

Tim from Ally did a great job! The old stove wasn't budging because the gas line screw was moving in place, Tim figured that out. Then converted the 220 to 110. My mother said Tim did a great job with the tub.

Provider responded promptly to my request on Angie's List. He contacted me right away, came the same day to provide the service and fixed our problem quickly. The price was very reasonable as most other providers were asking for 200 plus to do the same work. He was even kind enough to drop off a receipt I had forgotten to request. I would definitely hire him again!
