From start to finish, Erick went the extra mile.  Not only was he prompt, completely professional, and neat, he pointed out details that needed attention which could have easily been overlooked.  He took no shortcuts.  For instance:  he sanded all walls before painting them to get the smoothest surface possible; he removed things (like the ceiling fan) rather than just painting around them; he took extra care to make sure the thresholds fit securely between new flooring and existing carpet; he installed a new valve for the gas line in the kitchen; he agreed to install a new doorknob to match the new decor.  I'm probably forgetting a few things.  We plan to bring him back for the kitchen backsplash.  Very detail oriented, very thorough, very concerned about the quality of his work.  Someone you feel comfortable working in your home all day for consecutive days -- and he leaves no tracks.  He is also the handyman for our condo building.  Highly recommended.
