Badly. Both the bath and toilet arrived defective and had to be returned.

I called to inquire about a specific size of shower base, walls, and doors. The man on the phone quoted me prices and listed brands. He also said the shower base was in stock. When I arrived at the store, the same man gave me different brands with substantially higher prices on two items. He could give no explanation for what he said on the phone. Having had a difficult time getting the items elsewhere, I ordered them anyway. When I drove around to the warehouse to pick up the base, he told me it wasn't in stock and that I would have to come back into the store to delete the item from the transaction. He offered no apology and said simply that the computer was incorrect.
