 + -1 moreThey are extremely prompt and responsive. A number of times, they could have sold me additional equipment. They go for reliability. I have spent a lot of money with them.
Description of Work: They've provided all heating and cooling work for us since 2002. An inspection found a chimney collapse, which they fixed. The collapse caused damage to the old furnace. They kept it going for a couple of years. They put in a new furnace with a great warranty. They included my old AC unit in the checkups without extra charge. I chose them to replace the 16 year old AC when its compressor failed a few weeks ago.
