The windows were NOT properly installed and I have major leaking when it rains!  I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact Joseph Gravelle to come and fix the window and he gives me dates that he will come and NEVER shows up! he claims the leaking is coming from my roof but I can clearly see an opening in the windows and I know exactly where the leaking is coming from. It is 100 times worse than before the windows were replaced! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
