Great Service Overall!

We had unsuccessfully tried to find a new sofa as large and comfortable as our 20 year old one. I heard of Alex Upholsterer and gave them a call. I told him I had fabric in mind and he let me know how much I would need. I purchased the fabric at the sewing store (on-sale!). Alex picked up my rather large sofa and delivered it when he was done. In fact, I didn't have room for him to bring it back so he held onto it for me until my loaner sofa was moved to the basement. We are VERY pleased with the results. It is like having a new sofa but still keeping everything we liked about the old one. Cushion are still firm and holding up under a lot of stress after nearly 9 months! At this price point, it makes a lot of sense to re-do expensive furniture but I would not bother with replaceable furniture. We'll be bringing another chair to him sometime after Xmas.

I was so pleased with the quality and workmanship on the chair, that I sent my sofa to them. The pick up and delivery service was on time, and the chair was ready when they said it would be. I will recommend this company.
