unit is louder than my old heating system. Hopefully it 'settles' after some additional usage

Fantastic response time to my initial request when my heating went out. Aircor had some miscommunication about the scheduling of my appointment, but they went out of their way to correct it and get a service person out to my home. Once they arrived, they took a consultative approach to not only fix the problem and repair the broken piece, but looked into what happened to cause the issue and how to fix the root cause of the problem. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

We found our A/C unit was not doing anything when we turned it on. A friend recommended Javier and he was the one who came to our house to look at it. He quickly did some diagnostics and found how to fix it. Javier was professional, friendly and honest. The price seemed reasonable for what he did. I would call him again.

It went well, and they came back after I had concerns of the air flow out put.

Great Service! I liked the diagnostic report provided to me after the furnace inspection. There was a mix up with the appointment time, but it was rectified. Will call Aircor in the spring for my Central AC start of season inspection.

Very Smooth

It was a little difficult getting the appointment setup, but once we did, the technician was knowledgeable, very professional, and helpful. They were able to take the cost for the initial service visit and put it toward the needed repair, which made me feel like I was getting a good value. I would definitely use them again.

Javier came out to tune-up my furnace. He conducted himself as an utmost professional. I had many questions how the furnace worked and things I could/needed to do in order to make it operate as efficiently as possible in the future. Javier took the time to make sure he answered all my questions. I would and will absolutely use Aircor for all my future heating/cooling needs. I only wish more service companies were like Aircor!!!

Better than expected, was told by another company that I would need to replace my furnace. Aircor came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed immediately for much less.

Quick, caring and great service. After a bad experience with a DIFFERENT company this spring, I was really relieved to work with Aircor. They were quick, responsive and offered great service at a good price. They were even patient while I tried to do some quick price comparisons, and in the end they were offering the best price for the work. They fixed my problem, and also gave me some advice for general maintenance. I really appreciated their service and overall it was a good experience.

I was recommended to Aircor by a friend and I didn't regret my decision. They were quick to comply and answered my questions in detail. Gave me some good options about installing the AC and costs without pushing me with anything. Also gave me time to think through the options. Their warranties were even better than I thought which is good. The technicians that came were prompt, diligent and hardworking. They worked together and made sure that installation was done right. I really appreciate the service I got from Aircor and kudos to the technicians for their awesome job! I would definitely hire them for maintenance of the AC. Highly recommend this company.

We called twice to set up an appointment but no one returned our call. On the second call, the woman on the phone apologized profusely and promised the message would get through. Still no call. I sent an email to AirCor and Javier called us immediately apologizing for the delay in returning the call. We were able to set up the meeting for the day and time we requested. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He confirmed what he would do to our air conditioning unit and went out to work. When he finished he reviewed how our unit was performing, assuring us everything was good and what we should look for next year in terms of the report card. We were so happy with his work that we made an appointment to have him come back out in the fall to get our furnace and humidifier ready. We paid in advance for this service. The air conditioning unit tune-up was $75, furnace tune-up is $75, and the humidifier tune-up is $30.

He called to tell me exactly when he would be arriving. He was on time, courteous and professional. Explained more to me about my furnace and filters than the company that installed it a few years ago!!! Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I called when our air conditioner quit working and they arrived within the hour. The technicians looked at the unit and discovered the problem immediately. They were able to get the new parts and replace them quickly. Everyone was very professional, easy to work with and efficient.
